Kenshu-Kai Karate-Do InternationalKENSHU (Institution)-KAI (Association) Karate-Do International President and Resident Instructor is Mr. Yoshihiko Iwasaki - he has an official grade of 7th Dan Kyoshi-Shihan (Superior Instructor). Sensei means Instructor in Japanese. Iwasaki Sensei has been teaching for over 20 years in DIT Bolton St. and is teaching Karate-Do in Ireland for 35 years. Bolton St. DIT Karate-Do club is an official member of Kenshu-Kai Karate-Do International. Grand Master H.Ohtsuka the 1st. formed Wado-Ryu Karate-Do from a combination of Okinawa Karate-Jitsu and Japanese Ju-Jitsu over 80 years ago. Wado-Ryu Karate-Do is a superior art of self-defence and a very good source of physical fitness. No food should be consumed before training. Nails must be cut and kept short. Every member should be polite. Karate suit or Sports wear is required - no jeans.
Training Times & Locations:Bolton St. Kenshu-Kai Karate-Do International Club, Linenhall, Bolton St., Dublin 1. Training: Monday and Thursday, 12pm to 2pm.
